Annelize Young is a qualified Therapeutic Reflexologist practicing from the beautiful and relaxing Melkbosstrand. Annelize is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council and has been practicing for the last two years.

Therapeutic Reflexology is a wonderful, holistic therapy that involves the application of pressure to the reflex points of the feet. The pressure is applied by the therapist using the thumbs, moving over the reflex points in circular movements. This stimulates the energy flow through the body, bringing the body back into balance. Therapeutic reflexology may be used to help relieve specific ailments or just for an hour of pure joy and relaxation.

Last year Annelize had the privilege to work with cancer patients and enjoyed it so much that she decided to continue her walk with the cancer patients. Anybody can benefit from therapeutic reflexology treatments but care is taken with people suffering from thrombosis, insulin-dependent diabetics, phlebitis, lymphatic cancer, leukaemia, osteoporosis, epilepsy and pregnant women.
