Tygerberg Multicare is founded by Dr. M.E. (Liezl) Voshol-Botha who studied at the University of Johannesburg and qualified as a homeopathic practitioner in 2005. After completing her studies she worked with Dr. Alby Ford in Pretoria for 5 years. She studied chelation therapy (clinical metal toxicology) and has been a qualified chelation therapist since 2004. In 2005 she completed her course in biopuncture and in 2008 she studied clinical thermography in the United States of America.

Currently, she is practicing with the leading technology of spectron infrared imaging in the prevention of breast cancer and in the early detection of disease. Dr. M.E. Voshol-Botha moved to Cape Town in 2009 to open her own private practice and apart from thermography, is specialising in the treatment of allergies with Allergostop. She carries a valid dispensing licence and has her own pharmacy at the practice where she dispenses her medicine directly to the patient. She has an I-lipo ultra targeted weight loss system where patients lose between 1cm and 4cm per session. An exercise routine and dietary advice is given to help the patient reach their goal weight. She is currently studying iridology at the South African Institute of Iridology and gains practical experience with Dr. Mike Cary in the field of iridology. Her skincare salon makes use of Babor products, formulated by Dr. Babor from Germany and this combination of practice and salon works well together with regards to back problems, acne, stress and weight reduction. Tygerberg Multicare is a modality clinic with qualified doctors and therapists to assist each individual in the treatment and prevention of disease. All equipment used is FDA approved.
