As innovators and fitness leaders we pride ourselves in total commitment to the industry. Training with a Body Excel personal trainer will not only assist you in striving towards your fitness objectives but also motivate you to be successful in achieving both short and long term fitness goals. At Body Excel, there are no membership fees you need to worry about, you only pay for your personal sessions that you book. This also means that everyone else that is training is also using a personal trainer. Unfortunately our business model dictates that you may only use the facility when using a personal trainer. The Body Excel personal training experience is seen as a journey with stringent emphasis on progression based on each individuals needs. Prior to beginning an exercise program it is compulsory for each client to book a fitness assessment. Your fitness assessment is an important component of your training programme. An assessment serves the same purpose as a road map – in order to reach an unknown destination you need two important bits of information i.e. you need to know where you are currently and you need to know where you want to get to. After you have established this, you find the best possible route. An assessment works the same way. A personal trainer is there to motivate and support you making sure you are consistent in your training program. It is not an hour of hell where you are pushed to the max and not able to walk for the next couple of days. You will be surprised at the friendly atmosphere and non-intimidating environment that a private studio has in comparison to large commercial gyms.
