Nia is a body-mind-spirit fitness regime which enables self-discovery through movement and dance expression. A departure from accepted aerobics class structures, this cardiovascular workout allows those practicing it to make their own movement choices from a set of flexible movement exercises. In addition to being a fitness trainer, Dena is also a qualified reflexologist. She offers hour-long foot massages - using largely organic products - and crystal healing through the feet.
