We are a mobile business that goes to the client. The business currently consists of a director, three staff and admin personnel. The personal training services that we offer are provided at the venue chosen by the client. Vigor Life provides all the equipment and the staff are all qualified personal trainers with complementary individual skills such as pilates, colour therapy and remedial massage therapy. Advice on nutrition is also available.
